"My daughter and I made a batch and since then she's made 3 more batches by herself. The recipe is very easy to follow and they were delicious. She made them in a muffin top pan and mini muffin pan, she also used a large scoop of batter about 3-4TB on a cookie sheet and they turned out more like a muffin top than a cookie, but the taste was great."
