Reviewed Stracotto (Pot Roast with Porcini Mushrooms
"This was so easy! Not only does it taste better than the status quo pot roast but it's flavor is smooth and sexy because of the porcini mushrooms. I had no issue with a thin sauce but chose not to add any additional broth while cooking. I cooked this in my dutch oven. This is a repeat meal for sure. Started with a berry vinaigrette salad. Served with a side of roasted rosemary potatoes, blackened green beans and crusty italian bread.
