Reviewed Stracotto (Pot Roast with Porcini Mushrooms

"This was so easy! Not only does it taste better than the status quo pot roast but it's flavor is smooth and sexy because of the porcini mushrooms. Served with a side of roasted rosemary potatoes, blackened green beans and crusty italian bread.
