"This was awesome! I did change the recipe slightly--rather than use ice cubes I used frozen strawberries, staying with 1 cup strawberries to 1 cup unsweetened grapefruit juice. I also substituted 1 packet of Splenda for the sugar. What a wonderful pairing grapefruit juice and strawberries make! Highly recommended."

"This was great--my teenagers especially loved eating out of the bag. I usually serve my Recipe #149226 with sour cream and cheddar cheese but switching the usual bowl for a bag of chips really made it fun. They all wanted to just eat them out of hand rather than use a bowl, so the dog enjoyed it as well! Next time, they either use a bowl or the..."

"This was great! The only thing I might change next time would be to cut the carrots julienne rather than sliced (I guess I didn't slice then thin enough and they were still a bit too hard. The taste was fabulous and it did go together fairly quickly."

"We all really enjoyed this dish. I waited until the end to put the sugar snap peas back in because I didn't want them overcooked. Thought it could have used a bit more sauce and a little heat--I'd add at least a tablespoon of Sriracha hot chili sauce to the oyster sauce mixture next time."

"I hate to give this such low marks, but it was over the top on chocolate (then again--maybe that isn't such a bad thing. The flavor was good--and it was RICH. I cut the recipe in half because chocolate I used was $1/oz. and even then, I only used 3.5 ounce of chocolate for 1 1/2 cups of milk (just over half of what was called for. It was so h..."

"Wasn't really wild about these. I was excited to try them because they looked more healthy than the type of muffins I usually bake. As I result, I had to stock my cupboard with Splenda brown sugar blend and wheat germ (2 things I have never cooked with before. They stuck to the muffin papers like crazy (should have sprayed them first and they..."

"*****I was afraid "en fuego" meant hot, but my husband assured me it is grilled or charred. Not spicy hot at all--the epazote gives this chile verde an authentic, earthy flavor. I used canned tomatillos and the whole 3 cups of broth and cooked it to the point where the pieces of meat were starting to shred when I stirred the pot. Delicious! 10/6/05"

"If I made it again, I would still increase the proportion of egg a bit as I felt the egg mixture was a bit thin."

"This was nice--light and fresh tasting, it was just missing something. I would maybe use a little basil pesto or lemon to brighten it up a bit next time. It did cook perfectly in 20 minutes and I had a great low-fat dinner! Selected for Zaar Tag."

"Outstanding salad. I can't say enough about it. It rivals any salad you would get in a restaurant. I cooked the beets the day before so they would have time to chill thoroughly. I did think it was a little heavy on the gorgonzola and only used half what was called for. Marvelous! Selected this one for Zaar Tag."
