"The grilled chicken that results from this marinade is great. However, I ALSO loved the leftover, grilled chicken COLD too, for making AMAZING cold chicken sandwiches. The chicken is also delightful - cut into strips - and served over salad greens, [I posted my salad photo]."

"The best thing about this was indeed the marinade, that I'd give 5 stars. I did like the added red pepper, but stir-fry just lacked something, thus the recipe itself lost 1 star. All in all, it made a very nice dinner. It is a keeper, but will require a bit of tweaking if I'll make again, which I want to do.

"Love it, love it, LOVE IT! However, I didn't do the recipe in the crock pot; I NEEDED some sooner. I roasted a red pepper and scaled and peeled the tomatoes. I just wanted a sauce, so I didn't add (artichokes, mushrooms and olives. Now, the (FRESH sauce is divine; simmered a bit on the stove. I used that right off and simmered more for hours. ..."

"This recipe is simply divine. I buy a large bag of individually wrapped, frozen salmon fillets from Sam's Club. So when I have a yen for salmon, this glaze is sooo easy to make. I simply thaw as many [or as few] fillets as needed; brush a piece of foil with olive oil for the fillet[s]. Mix the glaze; thickening it in the microwave for 30 seconds,..."

"The batter was finger licking good, even though I'm not much of a sweet tooth. This recipe made 4 lovely little loaves (2-cup pans. Once cooled, I tried slicing one, and the top crumbled. I bagged it and the rest up in plastic. The next morning, it sliced much easier, as the crust moistened nicely. So keep that in mind."
