"This was just ok. I used panko bread crumbs and I did not measure anything but eyeballed it. I like the patties themselves but did not care for the sauce. I thought it was way to sweet, which i think was from the ketchup, I hate ketchup meatloaves and fear that is why this tasted so strange for me. Thanks for posting"

"This is my variation of clearing out the fridge with what I had and it turned out great. The prepping time includes the soaking of the beans overnight, you can cut this down by using canned cannoli beans.

SAHMother of 3, 2 boys and one girl. Have a wonderful husband and home. One of my children is a special needs child who was born at 24 wks gestation. We had 5 high risk pregnancies and know too much about the medical field for someone who isn't in the buisness.
I collect mice figurines and other items along with a large collection of cook books and recipes. I have also started my own cookbooks containing familly traditions and ones given to me by trusted friends. I had a Chef in the family too who I am always trying to get recipes from- he is from Naples Italy and makes some of the most outstanding Italian food I have ever eaten.
I am the youngest of 4 girls. 3 of us still live in South Carolina while one moved to Florida. I am an Army brat of a LTC who loved to cook huge "stick to your ribs" meals. I learned to cook by watching my parents and Grandmother and was preparing meals by the 8th grade. I spent my summers at Lake Marion (in SC) and loved eating the fresh produce by the farmers near there. Catfish stew cookoffs, fish frys, fresh pork BBQ from the best place in all of SC (Sweatman's), and all the fun that summer brings. I have always been around great food and food prepared with such love that you carry the memory of the meal with you always.
I try to make the same meals for my family so that they can carry on the meaning of a family meal, in cooking with love so that the traditions of gathering and sharing continue. While my husband was in the Air Force I got to meet a lot of people from all over the US. We lived in Texas, California and New Jersey before our final station in Charleston SC (where we are both from). When he got out of the military in 98 is when we moved upstate SC and have been ever since. I like small towns rather than big cities and even though I don't like the beach I love living in a coastal state.
I lost one of my sisters in 2010, she was 44. and in 2011 I became a grandmother of a gorgeous little boy. We have 4 dogs and a blue fronted amazon bird.
I recently found www.YELP.com and love going to places and checking in on my phone then reviewing the places. I have found some great restaurants etc by using yelp! so if you sign up on it friend me!!! I am Shawn C.
I have loved being on Zaar and it is like a drug for me to find just the right recipe to try. Or see if i can come up with a invention to post myself.
Chicken Francese is the favorite of mine to eat and cook. Each child has their own favorite they ask for on a regular basis.
I have lots of resturants I love, but my palate is weak when it comes to GREAT Prime Rib with Aujus Gravy!
Cuisines: Italian, Soul/country foods. Some Asian too. and of course good old american grillin foods.
Recently developed a taste for some Sushi (not all of them)

"this was the first quiche I ever ate or made all in one. In fact I posted this and the picture right after consuming 2 slices! I would have added mushrooms and spinach if I had them but this was yummy just like this."
