"I love this recipe! Super flavorful and super tender. It's great because you can make it a day or two ahead. You can spend time with your guests instead of being stuck in the kitchen. I use fresh rosemary and dried sage and it turns out just fine. I skipped the fennel seed since I'm not a fan. Thanks for the posting!"
