"Very Good! I made 12 cupcakes from this recipe and baked them for just over 20 minutes. Next time I'll likely make the mini's as they are rather rich. I'll probably mess around with these and try to cut down on the fat and sugar. They are excellent in original form though! Highly recommend."

"I really love the flavour of this bread. There is a bit of a sweetness that you don't notice immediately, but is so delicious! It toasts really well, is farely dense but not dry. I used 1/2 cup oil instead of the butter."
