"I happen to love cooked tomatoes and also cheese of any kind, so I thought this was a great side for my supper. I did half recipe as it was just for me. I used Italian dressing as that's what I had open and I sliced the cheese from a block and just laid the slices on the top. It was yummy. Thank you for such a great idea and so easy."

"Well this recipe is certainly easy. Not much work. I didn't have any potatoes so I just did the turkey thighs (2. The flavors were good, but the turkey could have been more tender. Next time (there will be a next time I will lower the temperature to 300* and cook for longer, maybe 1 1/4 hours. Sheila in Canada"

"My chicken breasts had the bone, but were skinless. I used lime juice instead of lemon. I used 1 cup of wine instead of 3/4 so as to get lots of "sauce" Otherwise I followed the recipe as written. It was quite easy and didn't take too long for the prep. My chicken breasts were moist and juicy and tasty. Very good recipe. I will use it for c..."

There was a good serving left which I ate the next day. Yumm. I will be making this lots for myself, especially in the summer. Great cool side dish. Th..."

Oooh rich!I made it in a glass pan ahead of time, up to adding the mayonaise. then put it in the 'frig while my friend and I had happy hour. When we wanted dinner, I reheated it and added the mayonaise. I served..."

"This soup was a great success for me. I am not much of a cook and haven't made soup for decades. This was so easy and the result was just as good as the gourmet bought soups. I put the whole lot through the blender. I like it smooth. I also didn't bother with the cheese. I want to taste the squash. It was wonderful. Thankyou so much. Sheila"

"This recipe for polenta was easy, quick and good. It fit all my requirements. I have tried one other polenta recipe but this one is best. I also used veggie cans, so the rounds were bigger. Thankyou to GinnyP from Sheila in Canada"

"Imade this by following the recipe exactly. I will make it again, but less lemon. It was way too lemony for my taste. Also, I used 1% cottage cheese. It could stand to be thicker. Next time I will use 2% cottage cheese. Thanks for a good idea."
