    About Me

    I am new to a gluten-free diet and am in hot pursuit of some wonderful recipes that either are gluten-free or can be made gluten-free with some minor changes to the recipe. I enjoy cooking and have had a great time trying my hand at Asian cooking with a new wok that I just bought. I love to make good food that also is good for me!

    Favorite Foods

    Chinese food, Cajun food (though it is hard to come by gluten-free cajun food!), Seafood.
    I make a pretty tasty potato soup, but I need to find a way to make it gluten-free! I also make a restaurant quality Egg Foo Yung and Shrimp Pad Thai.
