"I substituted olive oil for the butter, used 1/2 the sugar (1/2 cup Sugar in the Raw only) and added 1 tsp cinnamon and 1/2 tsp nutmeg. The bread remains moist and is plenty sweet. Next time I'll double the amount of cinnamon (2 tsp). I slice the bread, freeze the individual slices and toast it in the morning for a quick breakfast before dashing..."
