"Really a good chicken salad. 1st time made as recipe but then I had another chicken salad at a tea room, very close to this except had curry powder and grapes in it. So made this 2nd time without the pickle relish and eggs but added halved red grapes and some curry powder. It was so good that way also. My daughter said she had a curry chicken ..."

"Was looking for something different to take to a carry-in luncheon. Well this sounded good and everyone loves meatloaf. So I gave it a try, added a bit of worchestire sauce to meat mix because I always do in regular meatloaf, didn't have potatoes but had plenty of carrots so used more of them. Since we meet early and I go to bed very late, I ac..."

"I was bored with fixing meals and looking for something different. So I tried this, thinking a one dish meal. Well Sorry but my family said don't fix it again. They didn't like the mix of flavors at all. I think the broccoli was the killer. We all love broccoli but it was really different when cooked with all the rest. Strong, overpowering"

"Used these ingredients but browned chicken and cooked it all slow on top of stove. I also used bone in large chicken breast because no one in my house likes dark meat. It turned out very good and we all loved it. Served some mexican rice under for the sauce to soak in. Fresh salad and I said this is a complete mean."

"I love 5 spice seasoning so when I saw this recipe I had to try. I used chicken breast because my family doesn't like the dark meat and it was just delish. Served with rice and vege and there was nothing left but empty dishes to wash. Thanks for a great addition to my chicken recipe collection."

"Wonderful recipe for that last grapefruit that no one wants. Now I buy extra just to make this. Very good and easy. I prefer marmalade to jelly so I am going to make this often. I think I will try this recipe with oranges just use 2 or 3 instead of grapefruit."

"Don't know if I did something wrong but this turned out more like a stew. Thick but soupy. I actually served it in a bowl. I did use corn tortillas but I also made in the morning and let set till evening for baking. Flavor was good so I would try again and this time use the flour tortillas and see if that was my mistake."

"This turned out really good. I had some meatballs I had purchased and in a hurry to make dinner. Had everything else on hand. I did add some veges, carrots, celery, zuccini because I needed to use them up. I served a nice crusty bread with it so we could sop up the broth. It is one that I will fix again."
