    "My favorite cookie ever!
I've never had the orange extract on hand, so I've used vanilla extract and added a little more zest, or a bit of orange juice from the orange. The orange flavor is still pleasant."

"This soup was outstanding! I added the carrots another reviewer suggested (after all, onions & celery & carrots are the 'holy trinity' of soup bases, are they not?). Thanks for this easy, delicious recipe, Rick."

"This really hit the spot! I can't find tofu of any variety very easily, so I used a soft & mild feta cheese (and therefore reduced the salt by 1/2). I also used chopped fresh spinach instead of frozen, and cooked it down a bit when I added it to the saute pan with the onions and rice. Simple and tasty! Thanks for the recipe."
