I watch what I eat, exercise regularly and continually learn how food affects health. That means more cooking at home with my wife. Truth-be-told: she does most of the cooking, but I can hold my own in the kitchen, especially when it comes to breakfast! Since cooking has become more important to me, so has the source of food I cook so I grow a lot of my food at home in the backyard.
Breakfast: French Toast
Dinner: crusted tilapia, bbq ribs, anything with sweet potatoes, my wife's white bean chili
Dessert: Pecan pie, chocolate chip cookies
