    "Why is this called "Raw" apple cake? It's very frustrating when I am looking for recipes for raw foods and I keep coming across these listed as raw when they are clearly cooked. It makes no sense."

    "This is a very good base recipe - quick and easy to make. I did make a couple changes. I doubled the mushrooms, added a bit more beef broth and sour cream (we like a lot of sauce, and threw in about 1/4 cup of cooking sherry.
