    Favorite Foods

    My heritage is German/Mennonite so those are some of my most memorable recipes.

    My favorite food is Moroccan, Mexican and Mediterranean. I've lived in Europe and visited Morocco and Mexico so I love the authentic ethnic food from there. I'm a self-confessed chocoholic as well! I love to eat organic and I eat very healthy, so I'm always on the lookout for healthier versions of my favorite meals. I also love comfort food. Some of my favorites are breakfast food, pastries, waffles, rice pudding, hot cereals, anything with fruit or berries, etc. The best meal I ever had was breakfast in southern Spain and in Morocco. French chocolate filled pastries, fresh squeezed Valencia orange juice, and the best cappuccino I ever had. I can still taste it when I think about it!
