"Man was this good! I followed the recipe, but mixed in some toffee chips as well. It was great. I will probably reduce the chocolate to one cup and increase the pecans to 1 and 1/2 next time (hubby's request). It was a hit with all. Oh yeah, I did drizzle some caramel over the top when the pie was hot. Delicious!"

"I doubled the recipe for company, used half and half vs whipping cream, an 8 ounce stick of cream cheese and vermicelli vs angel hair pasta. It was incredibly easy and quick, deliciously creamy and definitely a keeper. I didn't have any "dry" pasta, but not runny. It was delicious!"

"Rich flavor, tender meat, extremely easy to prepare. Didn't have liquid smoke so I'm sure it would be better with that addition. I made a roux and added the juices. I cooked at 275 in the foil for 7-8 hours and the house smelled wonderful. Will definitely make again."
