    About Me

    I was blessed to have started life on my parents farm where I learned all the different phases our food takes before it lands on our plate. From propagation, cultivation, harvest, and storage. As a child I was never shoo'd out of the kitchen, but taught how much fun cooking can be. As a child my mom and I watched public television and some of my favorite cooks were: Julia, Jacque and Justin Wilson and later Jeff Smith. I adore cooking and entertaining those with an eclectic palate. My favorite restaurant is Lisa's Grill, Lisa's Cafe, Lisa's Kitchen.. get it? :) Hmmm One of my most requested dishes are either my ribs, pork tenderloin w/ pomegranite glace w/ a mediteranian salad with pomegranite molasses vinegraitte.  

    Favorite Foods

    Savory GOOD foods are my favorite. I enjoy a sweet now and then, but my favorite foods are savories. Rustic Italian and American dishes, fun salads and yummy soups. I am not a baker, but love, love hearty breads. And while I don't cook Thai I adore the flavors.
