    About Me

I am a business and Life coach. I help people discover what it is they really want in life and work with them to make significant progress to accomplishing it.

I am an amatuer cook, prefering cooking to baking, doing things in an unusual way, with unusual food to make unsual meals. I do this with regular things also. I believe there are unlimited opportunities to be creative in cooking. I just haven't found them all.

    Favorite Foods

Garlic, there is no such thing as too much.
Mexican food, muy picante. Sea food, al la fresca.
