    My Journal

I have no recent activity to share.

    About Me

I have a wife and 16 month old son. We live in Sioux Falls SD, a decent sized city with a small town feel. I enjoy spending time with my family, Disc Golfing and Golfing in the summer. I enjoy cooking and my wife especially likes that I enjoy cooking. I can't say I have a favorite cookbook, I usually use recipes as guides not as directions. I usually read a recipe for ingredients and cross reference a few different recipes for the same dish. The only time I ever follow recipes is when I am baking which I think is more chemistry than cooking.

    Favorite Foods

My favorite foods would be Mexican and Italian. I don't really have any favorite dishes however when it comes to Mexican I love pork dishes and for Italian I love dishes with red sauces, I've been trying to perfect my own. I can't really think of any foods I wouldn't eat. My favorite thing to make are pasta dishes, I found this site when I was looking for a copycat recipe for my favorite Olive Garden Dish (Chicken Vino Bianco). I have been sold ever since.
