"Katzen,
I loved this recipe. This is my first go at quinoa, and I must say, I am sold. I made this to bring to my parents home because my dad and husband both have diabetes. I wanted to try something instead of the traditional mac salad. It was very good. I felt it did need a little olive oil to the dressing just to give it one more elem..."

"Marge0808 Simple, easy and fast. Taste was wonderful. I used this the other night to marinate some sirlion steaks. They had great flavor. I saved about 2T. out of it and when the steaks were off the grill, just poured it over the top for a refreshing look. They were a HUGE hit. Not ONE person asked for steak sauce and said they wanted the ..."

"Literally, when I placed these in front of my family, one bite and my husband said, YUM. So, 5 stars to you. I loved the tangy sauce and how nice and brown they got. The pork chops were fork tender. Wonderful recipe, definately a keeper."

"I really enjoyed this recipe. Hit the nail with on the head with the basil and ricotta craving. Simple to make. It also would be a great side dish with salmon or another fish. I added some red pepper flakes just to spice it up a bit. Wonderful. Satisfying, and YUMMY."

I wasn't sure I would like the texture of the eggs, which was holding me back from making a poached egg. BUT, these were so delicious that I savored e..."

"Brought this to a girls planning meeting. HUGE HIT!!!! I am going to try to come up with a way to freeze the watermelon once it is pureed to see if I can have these in the winter, when I am missing those summer nights. Great recipe. Loved it."

"Brought this to a girls planning meeting. Not really any rave reviews. They thought it could have had more "bite" to it. Next time I make it, I will add some chopped jalepeno, or some tabasco to give it a kick.It did taste refreshing, but not as spicy as the girls would have liked."

"Just made this for a quick dessert after a meal with friends. It worked just great. The only thing I did differently, was I used my grandpa's old cast iron skillet that is huge, and in another skillet toasted pecans with a sprinkle of seasalt. Heavenly. Thanks for the easy, great recipe."

"First time making crepes and I would do it again tommorrow. Easier than pancakes, and ohhh, so much better! Filled these with a litle ricotta with some powdered sugar, and topped with some blueberry's I sauted with a splash of grand mariner and a grate of orane with the microplane. Chopped a few strawberries fresh and ready to go. LOVED IT"
