I like to read, listen to music (right now my favorite it Sarah Brightman also Golden Oldies, unforgettable crooners, music from the 60's, 70's and 80's), going for walks, concerts and plays, movies, going fishing with DH, or just going on scenic rides, most everything with my best friend (DH). I'm also a big scifi fan.
My favorite cookbook is Taste of Home's Quick Cooking Magazines and their Annuals.
My favorite web site is Recipezaar.

My kids call me the Casserole Queen. But hey! they are quick and easy. Also, anything I can make in my crockpot.
I love Chinese, Italian, Mexican. I figure there are too many wonderful things out in the world, not to a least try something, at least once (food wise).
Too old or scared now to try the things I always wanted to do, like, water ski, surfing, snow ski, hand gliding, parachute jumping or diving into the ocean or lake from a high cliff. LOL
For a long time all we had out here was a dairy freeze, then we got a McDonalds. Then a Mexican restaurant and now a Chinese restaurant. WOW, we are getting up in the world!! LOL.
Since we live in a little city, pop 900, all these are in the town just south of us, just a little bigger than us.
I think we have three or four stop signs here in our city.
For better dining, we will go into Provo or SLC.
I love the Red Lobster and their cheddar biscuits, Olive Garden, Sweet Tomatoes, Skippers, Micado and many others.,
