Eating Low carb for over 6 years. Lost my weight and kept it off. But more importantly is low carb saved my life. I was bulimic for 30 plus years. This way of eating has made it so I no longer feel the need to purge as I am in control of my eating and my illness doesn't control me anymore.
All low carb foods. Low carb is NOT just meat, eggs and cheese. Its low carb not NO carbs. All foods have carbs but meat. Therefore it is low carb. I eat extremely healthier than I ever did before this way of eating came into my life.
I just do not eat: potatoes, bread, white flour, sugar, rice, corn, pasta, etc but eat most vegetables. Corn is not a vegetable neither is potatoes. One does not need bread to be healthy.One does not need high carbs for energy.
I eat and eat well and never go hungry. I have maintained my weight for over 6 years.
