"Wow! These are amazing! Soaking the raisins really makes a difference. I've been looking for a keeper oatmeal cookie recipe for a long time...and this is it! Crispy edges but soft inside! Yumm! And so much flavor!
My only alterations...ended up soaking the raisins for about 2 hours, and used 1/2 cup real butter, and 1/2 cup butter ..."

"Absolutely loved this dish! I cut down on the poblano peppers, and it was still pretty spicy, but so delicious! I also added sliced carrots with the onion, peppers, and potatoes. This is definitely a keeper recipe!"

"Yumm! I fixed these for myself one morning while fixing pancakes for my family. I didn't have any plain yogurt, so I used vanilla ff yogurt, and only added about half of the splenda. I also added about a tsp of salt. Hubby and I both LOVED them! We dipped them in some sugar free syrup. Very filling and delicious!"
