    About Me

I'm too busy cooking to fill out this field. Check back soon.

    Favorite Foods

I make a kick-@$$ beef stew and spaghetti. I know that those are two dishes that are pretty hard to screw up, but I like to make them anyway. I have always said that I am more of a "cook-er" than a "baker", but I have found lately that I like to bake. I like the exact-ness of it. With cooking, you can get creative and dash it up... but with baking, you have to be more precise or things may not turn out! So when I'm feeling stressed, I like to bake. It's pretty cathartic. :)
My favorite restaurants are Texas Roadhouse, Outback, Qdoba, and Noodles. I have a lot of "home-town" restaurants that I like too. I am a huge fan of Japanese food, especially sushi. I guess I am a fan of food in general. I try to not let it show (ie. I try to stay slim) but it's tough!
