Reviewed Ultimate Ginger Cookie
"Didn't have that much crystallized ginger, chopped 1/4 cup with sugar in food processor. Added fresh grated ginger with sugar, and extra ground ginger. Very sticky dough, refrigerated it first and then cut into 24 pieces. Rolled pieces after putting oil on my palms, and flattening the cookies into discs. Dredged in sugar crystals, should have stuck with regular sugar. 13 minutes was perfect. Very gingery taste, nice sized cookies. Guess beating by hand was harder than I thought. My little mixer would have burnt out on this one!
