    "Momma Mia! I added a good pinch of Celtic sea salt to really juice the tomatoes and then served with grilled Italian sausages, sliced. Used Parmesan instead of Provolone. Served over angel hair pasta with a nice salad - heavenly!"

    "I have made these scones many times, and they have always turned out perfect for me. I use a Granny-Smith apple and I shred my own cheddar cheese (when they pack the shredded, they put something with it to keep it from clumping. You have to have a very light hand with scone dough, don't knead it much. My picky DS loves these!"

    "Wow, what a recipe! These are so nice. I am a wimp, however, so I only used 1/4 teaspoon of chipotle. They turned out great, next time I might up the chipotle a little. It adds an indefinable teensy tingle! I dothink that 1-1/2 teaspoons for an 8-inch pan is kind of excessive, tho! Did not have the edible gold leaf, but some gold luster dust..."
