"I cut back the sugar a little and I added 2 tsp of cinnamon to the batter. I had to cook it longer than the recipe called for, even though I had the oven set at 300F. I only made half the icing and it was plenty. The whole family loved it, so it's a keeper."

"I made these to use in a quiche and they are fantastic! The kids wanted to know what smelled so good when they got in from school. My daughter and I devoured the leftovers and I can't wait to make more. I added about a teaspoon of sugar and doubled the garlic."

"I hadn't made ratatouille in ages, but I had it recently at someone else's house and was inspired to make it again. I added a little more garlic and basil than the recipe called for, and a little salt, and we ate it with grated parmesan cheese. Thanks for sharing!"

"I had a bunch of fresh dill from the CSA and some sour cream to use up and this was a delicious way to do it. I also added some lime basil to the sauce. I took somone else's suggestion an added about a tablespoon of honey as well. We liked the flavor of the sauce, but I may cut back on the onions next time."

"My husband and I liked this, and my daughter loved it. It made a huge amount so i was able to freeze some.I used homemade tomato sauce that was already quite sweet, so I left out the sugar and I used balsamic vinegar instead of white vinegar."
