    About Me

I live in Saskatoon, Sask. Canada. I'm retired, living alone and loving it. I'm a cross-stitch addict and spend hours every day stitching; I love to cook and try new recipes. I have two long shelves full of recipe books that I have to admit I rarely look at as I have a foot long recipe box with all my favorites in it.

    Favorite Foods

My favorite or comfort foods are pasta dishes, mainly anything with spaghetti in it. I'm known for my Cherry Cha Cha which is a Christmas tradition that I make every year and have to hide or it's gone before the big meal is on the table and believe me, the hiding places are getting harder and harder to find. My son inhales the stuff..lol..
I also make a spaghetti salad that is to die for, and a pot of chili that's a favorite of all family members. At my age there is a lot of 'favorite' recipes.
