Reviewed Lemon-Yogurt Cake With Lemon Glaze
    Handle
     |  By Diamondlil

"This is wonderful. It was so easy to make and the taste was delicious. I made a couple of small modification:; I used kefir rather than yogurt as I had some that needed to be used; I added some fresh blueberries; and I didn't make the glaze, serving the cake with cream instead.
This will definitely be made again, thanks!"

Reviewed Bed and Breakfast Spiced Pumpkin Scones With Honey Butter
    Handle
     |  By French Tart

"Wow these are so yummy! I had quite a lot more pumpkin than the recipe called for, so I made a double batch and left out the milk. They turned out really light, lovely and soft. I probably used the upper limit of the spice mix and also added ground ginger. My husband isn't a huge fan of pumpkin and wasn't sure he'd like them as they were baking, b..."

    Reviewed Healthy Oatmeal/Raisin Cookies
    Handle
     |  By janselstad

"Yum, yum, yum. These really are very good. They are dense, moist and have a great texture from the oats. I did make a few changes on the basis of what some reviewers said; substituted 1/4 cup of the apple sauce for butter (so 1/4 cup of butter, 1/2 cup of apple sauce, left out the raisins and used chopped dried apricots instead, and added some ch..."

"I really like this dish. The flavours were lovely and the marinade made a very nice accompaniment to the chicken. I served it with roasted baby eggplant and sliced red and yellow capsicums, which I put in the dish with the chicken as it was roasting. There are only two things I would say that would improve this dish is a little bit of heat; first..."

Reviewed Pears Poached in Spiced Wine
    Handle
     |  By Chef Kate

"These were really yummy! I never thought of putting rosemary and thyme in with pears to poach, but it worked wonderfully. Before I've only ever poached pears in white wine, this was my first time with red, and they turned out beautifully. The flesh was silky and the little puddle of syrup in the bottom of the bowl blended really well with a nice d..."

"This was delicious! I did make a few changes; I used a combination of raspberries, blueberries, blackberries and strawberries (because that's what I had. I also used mostly jam for the sauce part, and added only 1/3 cup of sugar, and that worked perfectly.Such an easy recipe to follow, the instructions are very straight forward and the result i..."

    Reviewed Moosbeerpascherln (Blueberry Blini
    Handle
     |  By evelyn/athens

"This was really tasty, and the best thing was that making the blini was very easy and not much mess either. I added a bit more flour as well and they worked quite well, and a bit of sugar to the berries with the flour at the start. Like another reviewer, the second side was less easy to cook because of the blueberries, but it did work. I sprinkled..."

"These are wonderful! My father in law said it was the best cinnamon bun he's ever had, and my dad wolfed it down even though he normally isn't a big sweet tooth!I did make a few slight changes; I halved the sugar in the dough as someone else suggested, and added 1tsp of cinnamon to complement the filling. I also sprinkled the rolled-out dough wi..."

"This is a really yummy and easy dish to make. I used a combination of tinned roma tomatoes and fresh tomatoes, also adding the cumin and chilli which is suggested, and it worked very well. We served it over toast with some asparagus spears for a light dinner and it did the trick really well! Thanks for a different and yummy dish."
