"My family loves this recipe! Every Spring we have a ton of asparagus and this is a fantastic way to use them! Like some other reviewers suggested I use the 2 tbsp oil for the shrimp and after they come out I throw in an additional 1/2 tbsp of Yogurt Butter. Served over angel hair pasta and topped with a little shaved parm. Super Delicious!"

"This was really good, though I did change up a few things. I used extra virgin olive oil in place of the vegetable oil, added a splash of sesame seed oil and threw in a sliced tomato. DH loved it and it went right along with my diet. Thanks for posting!"

"DH and I love this recipe! We have been using it for about two years now and it is wonderful and so easy. I usually sub for light coconut milk and cut back on the sugar and it is still great."
