"I saw George make this on his show and have made it dozens of times since then. I usually go lighter on the feta cheese than the recipe calls for, but that is just preference. I take it to lots of gatherings and am always asked for the recipe, so much so that I bring printed copies with me to give when asked and have sent links to this site by e ..."

"I have made these several times. The dk's love them. I scramble the eggs all together in a large bowl, then bake them at 350 in a greased 9x13 pyrex dish til set. I then cut them in squares and put them atop the muffin. It's just quicker to do it that way, if you don't mind that the eggs aren't round. Way better than fast food restaurants! Thanks..."

"Good and easy. I doubled the recipe and froze one. I actually used 2 28 oz cans crushed tomatoes, 1 28 oz can diced tomatoes, 2 6 oz cans tomato paste, 1 28 oz can water. I also used mozz and parm cheeses. Very tasty. Paula's a great cook."

"This turned out eally good; I made a few changes but I think the recipe still rates 5 stars. It was almost too spicy for my taste when i first put it together, but letting it simmer really blended everything and made it just right. Thanks for the post."

"Made this for a quick supper and wasn't sure how it would taste...I make the traditional recipe, but not well so I needed something different. This turned out to be really good. It got a big nod from dh and ds. Thanks for sharing."

"I was looking for something to do with 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts with other ingredients I had on hand and I wanted it to be done pretty fast. So while I followed the recipe's ingredients, I decided to cook in the oven instead of in the crock pot. Minor changes: I used 2 5-ounce cans of evaporated milk instead of the 1 cup m..."

"Great recipe. I only made half the recipe to test it. Since it was such a huge hit and so easy and economical to make, I have to write my notes here because this is going to be a regular recipe in my home. I made 6 cups of cooked rice in my rice cooker and cooled it. I baked 2 large chicken breasts, cooled, boned and chopped. I heated my wok ..."

"Perhaps it's not fair to rate this with 5 stars since I change it up, but it really is a great salsa that always gets rave reviews. It is a great 5-ingredient salsa (I use mango, jalapeno, a little diced red onion, some chopped fresh cilantro and juice of lime. I serve this with tortilla chips and it is the hit of any party. Try it...you will ..."

"We used this recipe on a camping trip and it worked perfectly. Everyone put in ingredients to their liking, and when done, they ate them right up. I don't remember the cooking time, but we just cooked them until they were done, easy enough to see in the plastic. Plus, and this is huge, there was no egg pan to try to clean, which made the trip m..."

"This was good and got an enthusiastic nod from my picky ds. I used a 3.5 lb pack of bone-in chicken breasts in the crock pot with the garlic, onion, taco seasoning (made from this site, and most of a 28-ounce can of crushed tomatoes instead of tomatoes/water. When cooked, I removed the bones, shredded the chicken and returned it to the tomato ..."
