    About Me

    Live and work in the heart of the US - Ohio! I work as a Risk Management Consultant, and I do have to work to pay the bills (at least for now), but my passion is cooking.....and eating with as much variety as I can find. I am incredibly lucky in that my BF will eat anything I cook and will give me his honest opinion. What more can you ask from a guy? Well.....let's not go least not online LOL.
    We share our home with four rescued cats and two Beagle Dachshund mixes (beaners!). We'd rescue more if I could afford the vet bills.
    Other passions include my vegetable and herb garden, and BF provides the needed grunt work (laughs).

    Favorite Foods

    I love Asian food, especially the spicy Thai and Szechuan variety - so complex! But I crave the normal American comfort foods, too, like Mac'n'Cheese, Pot Pies, and MEATLOAF (my fav of all time! Oh yes, I know that's a sickness, but blame my MOM's meatloaf!). Other favorites include any kind of seafood and all types of Italian. Unfortunately I hate anything with curry.
    I love my three grills in the summer (ok, the BF grills...I am so lazy!) and love my crockpot whenever (yes, I did say lazy!).
    I am most often asked to bring my cheesy crockpot potato recipe to potlocks. However, my family most requests my potato salad and devilled eggs for family get-togethers.
