    "This was a very good recipe. I have made this for a few different people and they all love it too. I use spaghetti sauce though instead of catsup. Then I also make sure that the top of the meatloaf is fully covered in sauce as well. I also then sprinkle mozzarella cheese on the top at the end of the cook time. Thank you for the great recipe!"

    "This was very good. I make my own sauce so I used that. The ricotta gives the dish a nice taste. I also sprinkled parmaesan on the top of the mozzarella before I baked it. I also added a little fresh basil since I had some. Thanks for sharing this one. It is so nice and easy to make. :)"

When the bread was done he ran across the room to me with a piece telling me that it was really good. And it was. We use a little honey instead of the sugar. Also the corn oil makes the bread more most and it comes out of the pan ..."
