"This was delicious and gave a wonderful flavor to the roast pork tenderloin. It was the first time I had used the canned chipotle in adobo sauce. It was much spicier than I had anticipated. Fortunately I tasted it before dumping the whole can in the rub. I ended up only adding about 1/3 of the can. Definitely tailor the amount to your desired h..."

"This was delicious. I made one pound of carrots for my husband and I and we ate them all. I skipped the sugar (carrots are naturally pretty sweet. They baked well and had just the right texture. The fresh rosemary was essential. I will definitely make this again."

"The birds were very juicy and had a nice mild flavor. The recipe deserves 5 stars. This was my first experience with Cornish game hens and probably my last. They tasted just like chicken. I guess I expected a slightly different flavor. For the money, chicken is a better alternative."

"I cut the chicken into strips for cooking. I added the fresh herbs at the begining of the cooking time, (rather than at the end as the recipe calls for. The sauce had a good flavor and kep the chicken moist. I will definitely make again."

"This was easy and tasty. A whole tablespoon of fresh parsley seemed excessive and left my salmon partially covered with a green crust. Next time I will just do a light sprinkle of dried parsley. I put the salmon directly into the foil to marinate. Moving the fillets from the marinade dish to the foil seems pretty messy."

"Excellent. Moist with good flavor. I will definitely make again. I might like it with even more pineapple flavor as it was faint and subtle. I used 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce and only 1/2 cup of vegetable oil. Texture was still very good."

"This was delicious and I cannot wait to make again. I used 1/2 cup of low-sugar applesauce and only 1/2 cup of vegetable oil. The texture was still excellent.
I made them into muffins, rather than bread. I baked them for about 20 minutes. Then I wrapped them individually in Saran wrap and froze them. I LOVE being able to pull out one..."

"This was excellent and I will definitely make again next year. Everyone loved it and many came back for seconds. It was difficult to make the layers look nice as the cream cheese layer tends to spread out. I will try harder next year and do thicker fruit layers.
I omitted the almond extract as my husband is allergic. I added extra van..."

"This was a basic, yet excellent recipe that tasted great as a tortilla dip. Prepare immediately before serving. Even though I did add the lime juice as instructed, it still turned dark green to brownish within an hour or two. It still tastes great but looks a little less appetizing. I will definitely make again."

"I made the recipe according to the directions but still came away with a totally different impression compared to the other reviewers. I love eggplant and love chicken so this should have been a winner. I will not make this again for several reasons.
First, it does not form a sauce, but, instead a broth. I boiled and reduced the water and wi..."
