    About Me

Used to cook a lot when I was growing up on the farm, but didn't do much while I was working full-time outside the home. Lots of take-out and boxed/frozen meals. My favorite cookbooks are The Joy of Cooking, and Betty Crocker. I live with my husband and our dog, Cooper.

    Favorite Foods

I am famous for my soups. (Well, within the family at least.) When I'm stressed out, I could chop veggies for hours to make a batch of my vegetable beef soup. Love artichokes, tilapia, asparagas, and really good breads. Oh, and crab legs! For restaurants, I like going to local non-chain places and trying their unique specialties.
