    "Pay no attention to the naysayers. This brownie is perfect. Not too cake-y, not too gooey, but loaded with chocolate, tempered by the subtle spices. I used a different type of ground chile - Etnia brand of merquin smoked chile powder and it turned out great.

    The only thing wrong was I did not have the proper size pan so I made them in a pie pa ..."
