"Loved it and was one of the crowd favorites at Thanksgiving. I used canola oil and not butter and 1 tsp chili powder, and tossed it in a large bowl instead of a baggie. It was nicely spicy but not too hot, and helped cut through the richness of the other foods. Plus it was simple to make, which is a plus in the midst of everything else. Will ke..."

"Yummy! I like brussel sprouts to begin with, but I think that even those who aren't normally fans will like this because while this dish tastes like vegetables, there is no taste of THAT veggie ;-P And the dressing is very light and tart, not heavy and oily like commercially marinated artichokes, etc."

"Fabulous! Have been enjoying them for breakfast & my afternoon snack all week, and they freeze well too! I used 1 c. wheat germ instead of 1 c. oat bran, since I didn't have any. Since I have 1% milk at home and not skim, I used that instead. Also threw in an extra banana, since I had 3 medium ones, which probably helped with moistness. For WW..."

"Yummy and fluffy! I used 1% milk, light sour cream, and subbed 1/2 cup of the flour with whole wheat flour and it was still light and tasty. :- Even my boyfriend, who is picky about his pancakes liked them, saying in fact, they were sweet even before the maple syrup, so next time I may cut or skip the 1 tbsp of sugar. We're keeping this in our b..."

"Tasty! I used chicken thighs instead, some with skin & some without. Both kinds turned out well, and the skin was crispy and delicious. The red onions caramelized wonderfully. Will keep this on hand for a quick dinner, esp. for unexpected guests :-"

"Very moist and can't taste the zucchini at all, even though I can see the grated pieces. Made this as muffins instead (baked 25 min and got 2 dozen. Reduced sugar to 1-1/2 cups and it's still quite sweet for my taste. Replaced oil with add'l 1/4 cup applesauce. Also used 2 c. whole wheat, 1/2 c. all-purpose, and 1/2 c. wheat germ, 1 tbsp vanill..."

"Very tasty! I used red pepper rings, tomato chutney (instead of BBQ sauce, fresh mushrooms, frozen peas, and a thinly sliced russet potato because that's what I had on hand and it turned out moist and flavorful, thanks to the chutney. I may experiment with additional spices next time just because I like trying different flavors."

"I followed another reviewer's suggestion to double all the spices except turmeric and it was great! I used a can of diced tomatoes because I didn't have enough fresh ones, and probably cooked it less than 15 minutes once everything was back in the pot and it still tasted and smelled fantastic piled over tri-color couscous."

"After reading the other reviews, I reduced the the milk to 2 cups of 1% milk, down from 4 cups of whole milk. And I threw in 1/3 cup of dried cranberries, and everything turned out great. By the way, I also used an white cake that didn't rise (baking powder was off so maybe that also helped with the absorption so it was less runny and just righ..."
