    About Me

I'm a retired Wisconsin transplant enjoying the warmth of Florda for the past 12 years.

i enjoy the creative things - drawing, sewing, quilting, thrift storing and repurposing some great finds.

i went gluten free over a year ago, I feel better and have lost weight.   Yeah!!  I have had some good success searching for gluten free recipes , even though I don't do that much cooking.

    Favorite Foods

Some of my favorite food to make are middle eastern dishes. I love tabbouleh  and stuffed vine leaves ( the meatless version)

I used to enjoy baking all things sweet but going gluten free has made that more of a challenge . Hence the weight loss.
