"I have made this a few times now and it is so yummy. When I used to make carbonara I used to just use thickened cream, bacon and onion for the sauce. This turns out just how I like it...a thick sauce that binds to the pasta and it has such a great flavour to it. Thanks Tori for submitting a quick and tasty recipe."

"I cooked this for dinner a few nights ago and it was very delicious. I have never cooked a fresh salmon fillet before and was quite surprised how easy it was. I will definately be making this again but probably not too often as one piece of salmon cost me $8.50. If salmon is ever on sale I will buy a few pieces and freeze for later."
