    About Me

I am actually a songwriter, but I have many artistic talents with cooking being one of them. I enjoy exploring new flavors and combinations and usually find that fear is what ruins a great meal. I am not afraid to try something or adjust certain ingredients to my own likes and dislikes. Experimenting with other cuisines is fascinating to me. I enjoy Mexican and Asian cuisine the most, but will try anything once. My newest find is curry and I am learning how to incorporate coconut milk into so many other things. This is very exciting for me.

    Favorite Foods

Mexican and Asian. Notable Thai and Jamaican Jerk/Cajun
