"I used fresh Cod from my fish monger. The crust turned out o,k,, but was missing something flavor wise. I used a good quality Parmesan cheese and a high quality Hungarian paprika. I think it needed more salt, and maybe lemon pepper instead of regular ground black. I will try again with minor changes. Be sure to "pat" your fish dry before coa..."

I am inspired to cook because it is just about the only way to have quality food. Most everything commercial and restaurant is full of preservatives,and flavor modifiers. My food taste better anyway. Would like to be natural and organic.
I Love steak, hamburgers, grilled chicken, curry dishes, al dente vegetables, sour dough bread (real sour dough, like from San Francisco), garlic bread, and authentic Chinese and Mexican food that isn't greasy. Fresh baked wheat bread with real butter.
