    About Me

    I work as a teacher in North Texas.  Like to fish, watch my son play soccer, watch Bigfoot shows, TRU T.V., weather, and trying new foods.

    I am inspired to cook because it is just about the only way to have quality food.  Most everything commercial and restaurant is full of preservatives,and flavor modifiers.   My food taste better anyway.   Would like to be natural and organic. 

    Favorite Foods

    I Love steak, hamburgers, grilled chicken, curry dishes, al dente vegetables, sour dough bread (real sour dough, like from San Francisco), garlic bread, and authentic Chinese and Mexican food that isn't greasy. Fresh baked wheat bread with real butter.
