    "This banana nut bread was very quick and easy to make but I believe the ease in making was a sacrifice of flavor. I went exactly by the recipe and found the bread to be bland and the finished product very dense but not moist."

    "Delicious and rich! Super easy recipe for those weekdays when you know you won't want to cook after work but still want a great dinner. Not for those watching calories. I used boneless/skinless breasts and added a dollup of milk to thin my sauce down a bit (we like thinner sauces. Perfect!!!"
