    My Journal

I have no recent activity to share.

    About Me

I'm a small town pastor who loves to run.  I have run several 10ks, 5ks and two half marathons.  I love to learn, whether formally in school (I'm finishing my MDiv) or informally from web sites like food.com.  I like to eat healthy but I am definitely an advocate of living a balanced life so cookies are a part of my life on a regular basis.  :)

    Favorite Foods

I love to make vegetarian stuffed shells (ricotta, spinach, etc.)  I make stromboli for company alot.  It's basically pizza dough shaped into a log of sorts, stuffed with italian sausage, ham, pepperoni, etc.  It's super yummy.  I love Panera because they have creative, yummy and healthy foods.  I also like a place called Lidia's.  It's a very pricey Italian restaurant that we only go to on special occasions.  But it is incredibly authentic, locally grown with freshly made pastas.
