I used a box of Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix that I had in the cupboard and added approx 1 1/2 to 2 tsp of garlic powder to the mix.     "This was VERY easy to make and just as easy to eat. I added 2 sliced jalapenos with the seeds and the whole can of chipotle chilies in adobo and extra garlic. After it was all done, and cooled off, I packed it in Foodsaver bags and put it in my freezer to eat throughout the month. Thank you for an excellent recipe."
