    Literacy coach in Dayton Public Schools. I have a eleven year old daughter. I have a husband, Larry.I love cooking especially with stuff that I grow. I love learning about tomatoes, pumpkins and squashes.
    My favorite cookbook is Discover Dayton from 1978!
    Also, Where there's Smoke, There's Flavor.

    Favorite Foods

    My husband likes me to cook chicken paprikash.
    When we were first married, I made spaghetti pie. I have come a long way baby!
    I have recently made a great lentil soup with butternut squash. I am great a making stuff with fresh pumpkins. I like to make cabbage rolls and experiment with Indian, Thai, Middle Eastern and Greek Foods.
    I love to eat Saag Paneer and Paneer Tikka Masala at Chaat Cafe and Curry Out (cute huh?) I would never try it at home!
