    Reviewed Cranberry Orange Snack Mix

    Tuesday, Nov 21, 2006 on
     |  1 Reviews  |  By Polly Howard
    LinMarie says:

"This is the best of all the cereal snack mixes that I've tried! Really! I made it with a variety of Chex cereals, small square pretzels, and cranberries, adding more Chex instead of the corn puffs and almonds (I didn't have any when I made this, but I imagine they would be great in the mix). Thanks so much Polly!"

"This is the recipe that I have been looking for for years--the one with the right amount af flavor, sweetness and crunch. I made these for Valentine's treats and none of them made it out of the house for Valentine's giving! The family loved them so much they wouldn't give them away! Thanks for sharing!"

    Reviewed Spinach Marie

    Tuesday, Feb 1, 2005 on
     |  6 Reviews  |  By Punky Julster
    LinMarie says:

"There seems to be way too much spinach. Next time I will either half the spinach or double the other ingredients. Also, topping was soggy. I would suggest baking for 20 min. without breadcrumbs and butter, then adding them for the remaining cooking time."

    LinMarie says:

"I, too saw this recipe in Family Fun Mazagine. I also tried it and these little morsels are wonderful to eat and easy to make. Parrot Head Mama's directions are easier to follow than the magazine's. Much easier than dipping pretzels!"

    LinMarie says:

"This is a "keeper" recipe. My whole family loves these biscuits, and they are easier to make than yeast rolls--quicker, too! Thanks Curt!"

    Reviewed Beef Pho

     |  5 Reviews  |  By André Grisell
    LinMarie says:

"Although time-consuming and and a bit costly because of all the meat and exotic ingredients, this is an excellent recipe to try. We have many pho restaurants in our area that serve excellent pho--this is as good or better than that made by Vietnamese natives! DELICIOUS!!"
