    "Wonderful sandwich and I have made a lot of stromboli. I liked the fast bread which saved a lot of time in the kitchen and I forgot to use the cornbread mix but it still turned out wonderful .. this is definetely a keeper"

    "The basic receipe was very good. I believe that the cooking time could be increased some. I had to actually bake the mixture over 2 hours before I was comfortable that the eggs were cooked in the middle. The dish got great reviews once served though .. Thanks "

    "I can't tell you how great this sauce was. It was will worth the time it took to simmer as long as it was suppose to. I found after I stripped the squash from the rind, the rind itself was sweet and tender. Instead of throwing it out, I pureed it in the food processor and added to the sauce for the additonal nutrients. I hate wasting good food."

After sauteing the garlic, I cooked the chicken in the skillet with the olive oil and then added the artichoke hearts. I sustituted a light mayonaise to cut back on fat and used a low fat cheese.
