"Another 5 star rating well deserved, of course i made it my own, i used crushed toms...that was what was on hand, and increased wine from 1/4 to 1/2 and used a full flavored petite syrrah, decreased water and more paste because i used it for lasagna and did want it watery...thanks again"

"WOW...this is great, i did add a little more cumin, and just a tinge of cayenne, we like it spicy around here, i didnt have lemon juice so i used orange juice and used a bell pepper, and i used half balsamic half red wine vinegar and added 1 garlic, but make it a small one...im turning "vegetarian" so this is a keeper for life."

"WOW! Never buying the canned stuff again. I added more liquid and one more ts. of chili powder, and added a dash of cinnamon because my fav mexican rest. uses cinnamon and it taste great, just a pinch. i also boiled 5 dried chiles in the water just to give it that extra "chilada" taste and color. This ones going in the recipe book"

"This recipe is very good, just a few minor changes to suit my taste, 1 jalapeno with seeds, next time, seeds coming out, used half/half, tad bit more cumin, used cooked chicken, only sprinkled little cheese on top, and the best thing was crushed up corn chips in bottom of bowl, let it absorb a couple of minutes...this is definately a keeper, the f..."

"Made this one again, this time i sauted diced red pepper, diced carrot, diced olives in butter and olive oil and added it to this wonderful cream sauce....wow...this is soooo good and you can heat up left overs and it is just as good."

"Very tasty, i subsituted Polish Kielbasa for the sausage and garlic salt for the seasoning salt, cut the cheese by half and added a little fresh grated parmesan since there was Italian seasoning. Very good, keep um comin Kitten!"
