"I made this to go on top of a chicken Caesar salad. I had intended to grill it, but the weather had turned bad, and this being January, that happens often. "This sauce whips up quickly and is very tasty. It has a lovely blend of spices with a pleasant, smoky undertone and a tangy, not-too-sweet character.
