    Favorite Foods

    Antipasto is my specialty - I love coming up with new things for an antipasto platter. I'm famous for something simple like my marinated olives, and for putting on a nice supper for evening get togethers (bookgroup, patchwork group). Generally I love savoury dishes ie meats and vegetables, though I do like a nice dessert too. I like spicy or Asian flavoured foods. I like to cook from scratch - rarely use recipes that say a can of this and a botttle of that.
